Please inspect all items upon arrival.
Refunds and exchanges are issued if the unused items are returned within 7 business days. Contact us for the return shipping address. Buyer pays for return shipping and shipping is not refunded. Please ship your items back with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All custom and or personalized stationery orders can be canceled before they go to print.
If you cancel your order before the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, then a full refund will be made.
If you cancel your order after the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, a refund will be made minus a 20% design fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once your item has been sent to print.
Because Tea and Becky custom stationery is uniquely created with your personal wording and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know. We want your shopping experience at Tea and Becky to be pleasant, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a resolution.
Please note that spelling or other errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read or spell check your submitted wording so please check all details before approving your proofs. Errors due to spelling are not eligible for a return, exchange or cancellation.
There may be slight variations in color from computer monitor to the actual printed stationery. Variations in color are considered normal and are not considered an error on our behalf. Variations in color are not eligible for a refund, exchange, cancellation or reprint.
If there is an error on our part, or if your stationery does not match your approved proofs, please contact us within 7 business days we will gladly correct it as soon as possible.
