Have your own logo, monogram, wedding crest, or custom artwork?
We'd love to take a look! Many custom designs can be beautifully reproduced using our traditional foil stamping process.
Because foil stamping works differently than digital printing, there are a few things to keep in mind before submitting your artwork.
Can I Use My Own Design?
In many cases, yes! We can often print custom logos, monograms, wedding crests, illustrations, and other artwork on eligible products.
Every design is reviewed before production to make sure it will produce the best possible foil-stamped result.
What File Types Work Best?
For the highest-quality results, we recommend submitting one of the following file types:
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- EPS (.EPS)
- High-resolution PDF
- SVG (.SVG), when available
Vector artwork produces the cleanest, sharpest foil stamping.
Can I Use a Canva Design?
Yes! If you created your design in Canva, export it as a high-quality PDF whenever possible.
We'll review the artwork and let you know whether it's suitable for foil stamping or if any adjustments are recommended.
Artwork Tips
- Use solid black artwork whenever possible.
- Avoid gradients, shadows, transparency, and photographic images.
- Very thin lines (under 1 pt) may not foil stamp cleanly.
- Small details may need to be simplified for the best results.
- Simple, high-contrast artwork generally produces the most beautiful foil stamping.
What Happens After I Submit My Artwork?
- We'll review your design.
- We'll confirm whether it's suitable for foil stamping.
- If needed, we'll contact you with any recommendations or questions.
- Once everything looks great, we'll e-mail you an invoice to place your custom order.
Will My Artwork Be Changed?
Sometimes small adjustments are necessary to help artwork reproduce beautifully with foil stamping. If changes are recommended, we'll discuss them with you before production begins.
Custom Design Timeline
Because custom artwork requires additional review and setup, custom orders may require additional production time beyond our standard turnaround.
If you're working with a specific event date, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
