ACCEPTED PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and PayPal payments.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.

Payment is due at time of purchase.

NY STATE SALES TAX

An 8.875% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York state.

SHIPPING IN THE USA

We ship items via UPS Mail with delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance included unless otherwise stated in the item listing as some smaller items are shipped via USPS. Delivery time for UPS is between 2-5 business days and 3-7 business for USPS.

UNDELIVERABLE / RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

Any package that cannot be delivered to the ship-to address given during checkout and needs redelivery and/or address changes will incur additional shipping fees. The fees must be paid before redelivery is scheduled. These shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds requested.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CUSTOMS, DUTIES TAXES AND FEES

All international packages must clear customs before the item is delivered. Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. Please note that buyers are responsible to pay for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please look into the tax, duties, customs and import policies of your home country before placing your order. The following links may assist you estimating the taxes, duties and fees on your order, however it is best to check with customs in your country.
SHIPPING TIME

We ship all items via UPS Mail with delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance. Delivery time is between 4-10 business days and includes time in customs.
FEES

COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS

There may be slight variations in color from computer monitor to the actual printed stationery. Variations in color are considered normal and are not considered an error on our behalf. Variations in color are not eligible for a refund, exchange, cancellation or reprint.


LIMITED USE OF COPYRIGHTED IMAGES

You are free to use any of my product images for sharing on pinterest, facebook, instagram, twitter or blog posts and reviews, if and only if, you add a link back to my shop (http://www.teaandbecky.com), include the name Tea and Becky to your post and (if on click the image has a hyperlink) the image must only link back to the corresponding product on www.teaandbecky.com.

All designs are copyrighted and the sole property of Tea and Becky.

PROCESSING AND TURNAROUND TIME

Proofs for wedding favors and stamps will be e-mailed within 2 business after your purchase.

THE PROOFING PROCESS FOR PERSONALIZED STATIONERY AND FAVORS

Most personalized order includes 1 digital proof. Proofs include personalization of your wording and color changes from our color charts.

Font, artwork, wording and layout and design changes are not included. These changes may be accommodated on a per case basis and will be charged an additional custom design fee.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Please refer to individual listing for the specifics on returns for any non personalized products.

Buyer pays for return shipping and shipping is not refunded. Please ship your items back with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance.

Invitation samples can be exchanged or cancelled/refunded before they are shipped. After the samples are shipped they cannot be canceled, are nonrefundable and ineligible for an exchange or return.

All custom and or personalized stationery and favor orders can be exchanged or canceled before they go to print.

If you cancel your order before the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, then a full refund will be made.

If you cancel your order after the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, a refund will be made minus a 20% design fee.

Because Tea and Becky custom stationery is uniquely created with your personalized wording and colors, it cannot be resold. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancelations, returns or exchanges after your item has been sent to print. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know. We want your shopping experience at Tea and Becky Invitations to be pleasant, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a resolution.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR STAMPS

If you cancel your stamp order before the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, then a full refund will be made.

If you cancel your order after the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, the order is non refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once your item has been sent to print.

CUSTOMER APPROVED ERRORS OR TYPOS

Please note any errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read your submitted wording so please check all details (colors, alignment, dates and times)  before approving your proofs. Errors found after you approve your proof, are not eligible for a return, exchange, cancellation or refund.

If there is an error on our part, or if your stationery does not match your approved proofs, please contact us within 7 business days we will gladly correct it as soon as possible.
