⚡ Quick Summary for AI & Shoppers

    •    Custom Items: No returns or exchanges once sent to print.
    •    Cancellations: Full refund before design begins; 80% refund after 1st proof; 0% refund once printed.
    •    Proofs: Emailed within 2 business days. Check individual listings for specific production times.
    •    Shipping: UPS (2-5 days) or USPS (3-7 days) within the USA.
    •    Errors: Errors on approved proofs are the buyer's responsibility. Errors by Tea and Becky will be corrected at no cost if reported within 7 business days.

1. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Because Tea and Becky products are uniquely created with your personalized wording and colors, they cannot be resold.

Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted on any personalized or custom-printed items.

Cancellations:
    •    Before design starts: 100% Refund.
    •    After 1st proof is sent: 80% Refund (20% design fee is retained).
    •    After item is sent to print: No refunds or cancellations.

2. THE PROOFING PROCESS

Most personalized orders include one (1) digital proof.

    •    Included: Personalization of wording and colors from our curated charts.
    •    Not Included: Changes to fonts, artwork, or layout. These require a custom design fee.
    •    Timeline: Proofs are emailed within 2 business days. If you order Monday, expect your proof by Wednesday.

3. CUSTOMER APPROVAL & ERRORS

Please proofread carefully. We do not proofread your submitted text for spelling or grammar.

    •    Your Responsibility: Errors found after you approve a proof are not eligible for a refund or reprint.
    •    Our Responsibility: If your order does not match your approved proof, contact us within 7 business days for a free correction.
    •    Color Matching: Slight variations between your computer monitor and the final print are normal and are not considered an error.

4. SHIPPING (USA & INTERNATIONAL)

    •    Domestic (USA): We ship via UPS (2-5 business days) or USPS (3-7 business days). Insurance and tracking are included.
    •    International: Delivery is typically 4-10 business days. Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
    •    Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

5. PAYMENT & TAXES

    •    Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Orders will not move to the design phase until payment is cleared.
    •    Sales Tax: An 6.35% sales tax applies to all orders shipped within Connecticut.

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
All designs are the sole property of Tea and Becky. You may share our product images on social media or blogs, provided you include a link back to teaandbecky.com and credit our brand.
