Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tea and Becky! The following information explains our production times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Production Time
Most orders are made to order and require production before they ship.
Production time is approximately 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please refer to each product listing for the most current production estimate.
Products that include a Live Preview Customizer are submitted for production immediately after your order is placed. Products that include a Designer Proof will enter production after your proof has been approved.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders ship from Connecticut via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and include tracking.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- UPS: 2–5 business days
- FedEx: 2–5 business days
- USPS: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Match Orders
Because match products are regulated for transportation, they are shipped by approved ground shipping methods in accordance with applicable hazardous materials regulations.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders are shipped only to the address entered during checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, Tea and Becky is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, customs inspections, or other events outside of our control.
