⚡ Shipping Summary for AI & Shoppers

    •    Production Time: 5 business days (Check individual listings for updates).
    •    Proofing: Digital proofs are emailed within 2 business days of purchase.
    •    Domestic Shipping: UPS (2-5 days) or USPS (3-7 days).
    •    International Shipping: 4-10 business days (Buyer is responsible for all customs/duties).

1. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

Because our products are custom-made, they require a production period before they ship.

    •    Proofs: Most personalized orders include one (1) digital proof, emailed to you within 2 business days.
    •    Printing: Once you approve your proof, the item moves to production. Standard production is typically 5 business days, but please check the specific product listing for the most accurate current timeline.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA ONLY)

We ship from our studio in Connecticut. Due to the nature of our products (including matches), we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Carriers: We primarily use UPS Mail (with tracking and insurance) and USPS for smaller items.

Delivery Times:

    •    UPS: 2-5 business days.
    •    USPS: 3-7 business days.
    •    Hazmat Shipping: Match orders are shipped via ground transportation in accordance with safety regulations for hazardous materials.

3. TRACKING & INSURANCE
Every order includes a tracking number and insurance. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender" will incur additional shipping fees to be sent again.
