How does personalization work?
All of our products include a Live Preview Tool right on the product page. Simply click the Personalize Design button, enter your names, date, or custom wording, and watch your design update instantly.
What you see in the preview is what will be printed, so please review your personalization carefully before placing your order.
Can I use my own logo or custom design?
No. We do not accept customer logos, custom artwork, or outside designs.
Our products are personalized using the designs and options available in the Live Preview Tool on each product page.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please review your design carefully before placing your order. Orders submitted through our Live Preview Tool are considered approved at checkout and will be sent to production shortly after your order is received.
Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Can I use different wording than what's shown?
Yes. Most designs can be personalized with your own names, dates, monograms, or custom wording using the options available in the Live Preview Tool.
You can preview your changes directly on the product page before placing your order.
Can I use a different font?
Font options vary by product. If a product includes font choices in the Live Preview Tool, you can select from the available options while personalizing your design.
Fonts that are not offered in the product customizer are not available for that design.
What if I need something completely custom?
We do not offer completely custom designs or custom artwork services.
All personalization must use the designs, fonts, colors, wording options, and other choices available through the Live Preview Tool on the product page.
Colors
What colors are available?
We offer a variety of foil, ink, matchbox, napkin, and product colors to coordinate with your celebration.

Can I order a sample in my wedding colors?
No. We do not offer custom samples or samples made in specific colors.
Please refer to the product photos and our Color Charts when selecting your colors.
Will the color look exactly like it does on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer, tablet, or phone because every screen displays color differently. Printing methods, inks, foils, and product materials can also create slight variations in the finished color.
Matchbooks & Matchboxes
What's the difference between a matchbook and a matchbox?
A matchbook is the classic folded paper style with matches secured inside.
A matchbox is a small sliding box containing individual matches and has a more substantial, gift-like feel.
Both styles can be personalized for your event.
How many matches are included?
The number of matches included varies by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the quantity and specifications of the match style you are ordering.
Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Minimum quantities vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
Because personalized products require individual setup and production, we cannot produce quantities below the listed minimum.
When should I place my order?
We recommend ordering 4–6 weeks before your event whenever possible.
Personalized items require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and shipping. Please review the estimated delivery information shown on the product page before placing your order.
If the estimated delivery date does not work for your event, please do not place the order. We do not offer rush production or guarantee delivery by a specific event date.
Do you offer rush orders?
No. We do not offer rush production or expedited processing.

We are unable to make rush exceptions or guarantee delivery by a specific event date.
Can I order matching products?
Yes. Many of our designs are available across multiple products, including matchbooks, matchboxes, cups, cocktail napkins, coasters, and more.

Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Personalized items typically require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Please review the estimated delivery information shown on the product page before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Do you accept returns?
Because all Tea and Becky products are personalized and made specifically for you and they cannot be resold, they are not eligible for return.
If your finished product differs from the customization submitted with your order because of an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue.
What if there's a mistake on my order?
Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, spelling, colors, and other personalization in the Live Preview Tool before placing your order. Orders are printed according to the information approved at checkout.
If your finished product differs from the customization you submitted because of an error on our part, we'll make it right.
