What is Guest Addressing?

We print your guest addresses for you!

Our free guest addressing option saves you the time of handwriting each envelope, while creating an elegant and polished look. Your guests' names and addresses will be printed on the front of the envelopes using fonts that match your chosen design.

All addressing services are digitally printed.

How do I submit a guest list?

You can download our guest addressing spreadsheet template here.

We accept the following spreadsheet file types:
.csv (universal spreadsheet)
.xlsx (Excel)
.numbers (Numbers on Mac)
Please note that spreadsheets must be formatted properly before we can accept them. Incorrectly formatted spreadsheets will be sent back for correction.

What is the proper way to address an envelope?

Wedding invitations should be addressed using formal names and titles.
Mr., Mrs., Ms., Miss, Dr., etc.
Children do not need titles.

All street names, cities and states should be spelled out fully, without abbreviations.
Zip codes should be on their own line.

Changes to Guest Addressing?

We only import one spreadsheet per order. If you have more than 10 address changes after initial proof design, a $25 spreadsheet re-import fee will be charged, so please check your addresses carefully before submission.
