Terms

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies below. We reserve the right to stop selling our products to stores who do not comply.

Items cannot be sold on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay or any other marketplace.

Ordering, Payment & Shipping

Orders must be made online only. Minimum opening orders are $150. Reorders are $75.00. There is no minimum order amount for personalized products but you will be required to purchase the Tea and Becky Custom Album to open your account (available soon).

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a week of receiving your order. All product must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized products are final sale.

Display and Packaging

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

Turnaround Time

USA - around 3 weeks. International - around 6-8 weeks.
