Wholesale Terms and Policies

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies below. We reserve the right to stop selling our products to stores who do not comply.

Items cannot be sold on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay or any other marketplace.

Ordering, Payment & Shipping

Orders must be made online only.

Minimum opening orders are $150. Reorders are $75.00. There is no minimum order amount for personalized products but you will be required to purchase the Tea and Becky Custom Album to open your account (available soon).

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours for a personalized product, a refund will be made minus a 10% design fee.

Personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know. We want your shopping experience at Tea and Becky to be pleasant, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a resolution.

Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a 14 of receiving your order. All product must be unused, not shop worn and in the original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping and shipping is not refunded. Please ship your items back with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance.

Display and Packaging

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. If you are selling Tea and Becky products from an online store, you must credit Tea and Becky in the product’s description.

Proofs for Personalized Orders

One proof is included with each order. Proofs will be e-mailed within 2 business days after your purchase. Additional proofs are available for purchase.

Proofs include personalization of your wording and color changes from our color charts. Font, artwork, wording, layout and design changes are not included. These changes may be accommodated on a per case basis and will be charged an additional custom design fee.

Customer Approved Errors or Typos

Please note any errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read your submitted wording so please check all details (colors, alignment, dates and times)  before approving your proofs. Errors found after you approve your proof, are not eligible for a return, exchange, cancellation or refund.

If there is an error on our part, or if your stationery does not match your approved proofs, please contact us within 7 business days we will gladly correct it as soon as possible.

Colors and Computer Monitors

There may be slight variations in color from computer monitor to the actual printed stationery. Variations in color are considered normal and are not considered an error on our behalf. Variations in color are not eligible for a refund, exchange, cancellation or reprint.

All designs are copyrighted and the sole property of Tea and Becky.

Turnaround Time

USA - around 3 weeks. International - around 6-8 weeks.

USA Shipping

We ship items via UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation and tracking included. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

Undeliverable/Return to Sender Packages

Any package that cannot be delivered to the ship-to address given during checkout and needs redelivery and/or address changes will incur additional shipping fees. The fees must be paid before redelivery is scheduled. These shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds requested.

International Shipping - Customs, Duties, Taxes and Fees

All international packages must clear customs before the item is delivered. Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. Please note that buyers are responsible to pay for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please look into the tax, duties, customs and import policies of your home country before placing your order. The following links may assist you estimating the taxes, duties and fees on your order, however it is best to check with customs in your country. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to UPS or customs.

Taxes, duties and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. The following links can help you estimate the additional cost:
