Not sure which napkin size you need? Here's a quick guide to help you choose the right option for your celebration.

Choosing the Right Size

• Cocktail Napkins (5" × 5")
  A popular and versatile size for cocktail hour, the bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, dessert tables, and serving cake.
• Luncheon Napkins (6.5" × 6.5")
  A larger option for brunches, showers, heavy appetizers, casual lunches, and dessert buffets.
• Guest Towels (4.25" × 8")
  A rectangular option that works well in powder rooms, at buffet-style meals, coffee stations, and other areas where a larger napkin is useful.
• Dinner Napkins (8" × 8")
  A traditional choice for formal receptions, plated dinners, and full-course meals.

How Many Napkins Should I Order?

• Cocktail Hour & Bar: Plan for approximately 2–3 cocktail napkins per guest, especially when napkins will be available throughout beverage service.
• Cake & Dessert: Plan for approximately 1–2 napkins per guest.
• Plated Meals: Plan for approximately 1 dinner napkin per guest, with extras if desired.
• Multiple Uses: If the same personalized napkins will be used for cocktails, appetizers, and dessert, consider approximately 4–5 cocktail napkins per guest total.
